Полуводоизмещающая алюминиевая моторная яхта "Fabienne", дизайна Frank Mulder, была спущена на воду в 1990 году на верфи Heesen в Нидерландах. Сертификация по классу ABS на корпус и надстройки в 1990 и по классу RINA на всю яхту в 2002.
Яхта прошла полный рефит в 2006-2007, полная внутренняя и внешняя модернизация, полностью перезашита, новая электроника и навигационные системы. Ее интерьер разобран полностью и выполнен с полом Wenge, панелями Corian и алюминиевыми потолками.

Starboard side we have the stairs to the upperdeck and under the stairs we have the laundry with Miele wash and dryer machine. Secound guest on portside with two separate single berth , shared bathroom with front cabine all with Wenge floors, corion panelling and aluminium ceilings, Apple multi media system with LCD schreen.
VIP cabin on starboard side with double berth and ensuite bathroom , all finished with a Wenge floor, Corian panelling and alumium ceiling. Apple multimedia system with LCD screen, Thema electric flush toilet and Vola armenture.
Aft cabin with on porside the shower with hard glassed door in the middle a open bath and on starboard electric flush toilet with hard glassed door. Double berth in the middle, on port a double Corian washbol and on starboard a seating bench, multimedia system with large Sharp LCD television , B&O soundsystem. All finished with Wenge floor, Corian panelling and aluminium ceiling.
Upperdeck from front to aft:
Bridge with steering system and on both side large storage lockers, two exit sliding doors and door accessing the saloon. All finished with Wenge floor, Corian panelling and aluminium ceiling.
Daytoilet on starboard with flush toilet , On port side open galley with Miele dishwash machine and Miele induction 4 burner stove, Siemens microwave, large Miele fridge with freezer.
Large open saloon with Molteni dinning table and a Moroso U-shaped Launche bench. All finished with carpet floor, Corian panelling and aluminium ceiling, RGB (red, green, blue) colour change system.
17 inch touch screen monotoring system for alarms/airconditioning system,/fuel systems/ temperaturs etc. B&O soundsystem and B&O flatscreen system, Automatic Rollec window sade system. Large sliding door to the aftdeck.
